Mavambo is a boutique advisory firm offering on-demand executive services. Specifically, we offer project-based as well as retainer-based services that support businesses’ financial management. Small and mid-sized businesses can benefit from our ongoing support as a fractional “Growth CFO" to scale their business by building the first real financial foundation.

Our Founder and CEO, Bianca M. Benedetti, is a former Big 4-trained valuation and finance professional with 10 years of experience, plus 3 years as treasurer for a nonprofit organization. That experience is the foundation Mavambo brings to small and mid-sized businesses that can't yet afford a full-time executive. From an initial checkup of the company’s finances to forecasting and ongoing tracking of budget vs. actual results, we bring the expertise needed to help your business reach its full potential.
